Qualifications / Requirements

MD or DO

Unrestricted state medical license

Unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain

OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)

Completion of ACGME OBGYN residency program

Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility

BLS
