Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)
150k-$200k - uncapped commissions and bonuses. Location: hybrid work schedule in Charlotte NC.
As a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
Present financing options and close sales
Build lasting customer relationships
Participate in ongoing sales training
Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
Monthly, quarterly & annual bonuses - no cap on earning potential!

Owens Corning platinum preferred contractor
James Hardie elite preferred contractor
Sales experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
