We're looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee project execution and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes, meeting both deadlines and customer expectations.
Project Management:
Partner with Solution Directors and Account Management during the pre-sales process, contributing to solution approaches, budgeting, and timelines.
Build and lead high-performing project teams, collaborating with the talent team to recruit and vet top talent.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks while proactively addressing roadblocks.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Service Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Conduct business reviews for assigned accounts.
Provide milestone and burn reports to clients while working with Finance and Account Management to ensure timely invoicing.
Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in service processes.
Identify opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
Maintain comprehensive service delivery documentation
The ideal candidate for a Delivery Manager role will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Overall, 7+ years in the industry, including 3+ years of technical expertise in software development, and 5+ years of project leadership or management experience.
Proven experience in Solution delivery or project management.
Technical background to participate in solution discussions and building teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies,
Understanding of KPI(s) and service level agreements (SLAs),
