We serve leading customers in aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, and other highly regulated industries where quality, precision, and reliability are critical.With six divisions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mexico, Chandler continues to invest in people, technology, and manufacturing innovation while maintaining a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoServe as the technical expert for CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods.Lead high-impact engineering projects, including automation initiatives, capital equipment implementation, and new product introductions.Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes that improve quality, throughput, and efficiency.Partner directly with customers on manufacturability, process development, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.Establish engineering standards and best practices across the organization.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in precision machining, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.Advanced knowledge of CNC machining processes, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and manufacturing process development.Experience designing fixtures, workholding, and production tooling.Strong experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).Proven success leading process improvement, automation, and capital equipment projects.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and cross-functional teams.ERP - EpicorKnowledge of Mastercam and PDM software.Six Sigma, PMP, SME, or other advanced manufacturing certifications.Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or medical device customers.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Company-paid life insurance.Short- and long-term disability coverage.Paid holidays and paid time off.Apply today and help shape the future of advanced manufacturing at Chandler Industries.
