Lutheran Senior LIFE in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a full-time Social Worker to conduct in-person enrollment assessments for participants in Hudson County, developing psycho-social histories and care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Must hold ACSW certification and NJ Social Work license, have a valid driver’s license, bilingual in English and Spanish, and deliver counseling, documentation, and public speaking as part of a compassionate, patient-centered program.
