The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is currently looking for a highly skilled Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the AN/TPY-2 Programs. In this key role, you will bring your Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise to lead financial and schedule management for cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring program objectives are met in a fast-paced environment. Support Risk and Opportunity management with CPT and Sub CPT Leadership and create Management Reserve (MR) Requests as needed. Ensure appropriate charging and conduct productivity analysis. Manage subcontractors as applicable. Communicate and support CPT Leadership on financial and scheduling questions. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with Earned Value Management, cost control processes, and software tools used for monitoring and reporting on project performance. Experience using Microsoft Excel; Prior experience as a Raytheon Cost Account Manager (CAM). Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while delivering high-quality work. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Experience in Agile environments and a solid understanding of program control concepts and techniques.
