Alligator Dental is seeking an exceptional full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Central Texas. This is more than an associate opportunity—it's a clear path toward long-term partnership with gifted equity in a thriving, doctor-led organization.

You'll practice alongside experienced Pediatric Dentists, including Dr. Al Burns, while providing exceptional care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Schedule: Full‑time (4-5 clinical days per week)

Deliver top‑notch pediatric dental care to infants, children, and teens

Educate families on oral hygiene in a way that sticks

1+ year of experience as a Pediatric Dentist (preferred but not required)

DDS/DMD from an ADA‑accredited dental school

Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency (preferred)

Active Texas dental license (or eligibility)
