Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring a high standard of patient care in a rapidly-paced hospital environment. The RN will work in a facility that treats over 50,000 patients annually, participating in a diverse range of surgical services and emergency care.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient needs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to establish patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and wellness practices.
Document and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with facility policies.
Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Additional certifications may be requested by the client, as necessary.
