As a Press Operator, you will support Brightstar Lottery's instant-ticket production by operating advanced flexographic printing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to efficient production processes under the guidance of press leadership. This position works 12-hour shifts, with scheduling based on production needs and rotation across stations as required. Review job sheets and production specifications to ensure accurate press setup.

Select anilox rolls, printing stock, print sleeves, and other components based on production requirements.

Prepare ink vats, load inks, mix custom colors, and adjust pH and viscosity levels to maintain print quality.

Monitor production output, web inspection cameras, and strobes for compliance with established quality standards.

Adjust plates, impressions, and press settings to maintain registration and product consistency.

Operate unwind systems while loading and unloading substrate rolls, print sleeves, and production materials.

Document production activity, apply roll tags, maintain required records, and follow all safety, security, confidentiality, and environmental procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Related mechanical, manufacturing, or printing experience, typically ranging from one to five or more years.

Background working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

Completion of printing trade school education or related technical training.

Familiarity with flexographic press operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Stand or walk throughout 12-hour production shifts.

Lift 20 to 40 pounds regularly, using a team lift or approved equipment for items exceeding 50 pounds.

Perform bending, reaching, twisting, and material-handling activities throughout the shift.

Work around noise, heat, inks, paper dust, moving equipment, and other manufacturing conditions.

Visually inspect printed or packaged materials with accuracy.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Annual training will be assigned and required as appropriate.
