Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Pay Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Community-Based Outpatient Physical Therapist (Full-Time) Location: Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation - Mesa, AZ. This community-based outpatient position allows work in both clinic and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) settings, requiring travel between clinic locations.
Position Overview Full‑time, flexible schedule to promote work‑life balance. New graduates welcome with mentorship and ongoing support.
Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy in both clinic and ALF settings, focusing on improving patients’ physical functioning, mobility, and overall well‑being.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with functional deficits such as weakness, pain, balance, and gait impairments.
Develop and deliver therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, balance, mobility, and endurance.
Implement gait training, functional mobility training, neuromuscular re‑education, postural training, pain management, and movement retraining.
Perform assistive device assessment and training, and fall risk assessment with prevention strategies.
Regularly monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide consultations and education to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members about patient progress, barriers, and care plans.
Ensure timely and comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist.
