Psychotherapist - Remote

Salary: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour
In-Office (Hybrid Possible) Position: Work is primarily performed in our office at 3201 South Tamarac Dr., Position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, with a combination of remote and in-office work. This position counsels and advises individuals, groups, families, and/or couples to promote optimum mental and emotional health. Provides mental health treatment and case management services to benefit the client and the community.
The Psychotherapist provides outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, groups, families, and/or couples. Provides case management services to clients as needed.
Collaborates with mental health professionals and other staff members, such as nurse practitioners or psychiatrists, to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans.
Refers patients, clients, or family members to wrap-around JFS programs, community resources, or specialists as necessary.
Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
Learns about new developments in counseling by reading professional literature, attending courses and seminars, or establishing and maintaining contact with other social service agencies.
Attends staff meetings and serves on agency committees.
A master's or doctoral degree in counseling or a related field from a CACREP-accredited program.

Preferred three to five years of experience in individual, group, family, and/or couples' therapy.

Proficiency with Word and experience using electronic health records.
Ability to use email, client information database systems, and patient electronic medical record (EMR) software.
License preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
All mental health clinicians must register with CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Health) within seven days of date of hire. All unlicensed clinicians must register with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) prior to the start date and must remain in active status throughout JFS employment.
