Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity
Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to support our client's home health services in Pensacola, FL (32504). This is a 3+ month contract assignment and a great opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization while gaining valuable home health experience.
Job Summary: The Travel Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, in-home patient care focused on rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and restoring functional independence, while maintaining strong documentation and productivity standards.
Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Document patient progress using OASIS and maintain accurate records
Travel daily to patient homes within the Pensacola to Destin coverage area
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Associate's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapist license (Florida preferred)
Home health experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Travel: Daily travel to patient homes required
Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs or business casual (dockers with polo)
