Server Position – Join One of Downtown Asheville's BUSIEST Restaurants

Pack's Tavern, a high-volume, family-owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Asheville, is looking for part-time or full-time servers to join our team. We're one of the busiest restaurants in the city, with consistent volume, high guest traffic, and real earning potential. On peak weeks, many of our servers clear $1,000+ in tips .*

We also operate a private events venue alongside the tavern, giving you opportunities to expand your hours, skillset, and income beyond regular floor shifts.

Strong earning potential – $2.13/hr + tips (many shifts average $25-$30/hr in tips)*

Flexible scheduling – part-time or full-time, 3–4 shifts per week minimum

Additional income opportunities – banquet and private event shifts available (depends on seasonal availability, a separate interview may be required)
