We are seeking two dedicated and creative 3's teachers to join our team at My Great Beginnings Learning Center. What You'll Do
Develop and implement engaging early childhood learning experiences that foster curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills in our students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to learn and grow.
Establish strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Plan and lead activities that promote healthy growth and development in our students.
Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and build strong relationships with students and families.
Exercise control and maintain discipline in the classroom while promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Provide a nurturing and caring environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
Perform various job-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Exemplary track record of punctuality and dependability.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to clear a state background and fingerprint check.
• 3+ years of experience working with children in a classroom setting desirable, but we will train the right candidate.
• Team player.
• Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
