Head of Project Management (Construction)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas As the Project Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and managing projects from start to finish This includes creating project timelines setting project goals and objectives monitoring progress and budget and ensuring timely delivery of projects

Key Responsibilities Create project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders

Identify project goals and objectives based on client needs

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project status

Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the success of a project

Develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues in a timely manner

Provide leadership guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

Proven work experience as a Project Manager preferably in the construction industry

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Location This position is located in Las Vegas but open to applicants from African or Canadian countries English proficiency is not required

Schedule This is a full-time position with flexible hours Part-time options may be considered
