Full-time Immigration Paralegal

As the Paralegal, you will support business immigration matters by preparing and managing complex petitions, applications, and supporting documentation throughout the case lifecycle. This role requires strong case management, attention to detail, client service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Draft supporting documentation, correspondence, and case materials for attorney review.

Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), PERM audits, and other government inquiries.

Prepare and organize business immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and other complex case types.

Manage immigration cases from initiation through filing, tracking deadlines, requirements, and case status.

Review case materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable immigration requirements.

Maintain organized electronic case files and update immigration or document management systems.

Coordinate with attorneys, administrative staff, and other team members to keep cases progressing efficiently.

Prioritize multiple matters and meet filing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

5+ years of experience supporting business immigration matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

Strong knowledge of H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and other employment-based immigration processes.

Experience preparing RFE responses, PERM audit responses, and complex immigration filings.

Excellent written communication and business writing skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing legal documents and case materials.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and immigration or document management systems such as INSZoom.
