Description:
We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping individuals achieve better health through nutrition and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities :
Provide nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure high-quality care
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements
Requirements :
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical nutrition preferred
Strong communication and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate, professional, and resident-centered approach
