RRT - Respiratory Services (Part time)

Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Respiratory Therapist, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues. You'll be instrumental in providing a range of treatments from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management, oxygen therapies, and external ventilation support.

Your dedication to patient well-being and exceptional problem-solving abilities will drive success in this vital role.

Interviews patient and family members to obtain information about home environment, family relationships, health and psychosocial history.

Reads prescriptions, reviews patient information, and assesses patient condition, to administer respiratory therapy.

Observes, inspects and tests respiratory therapy equipment.

Cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes equipment.

Sets up and operates devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators.

Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Registered Respiratory Therapist

Oregon Respiratory Care License

Preferred Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy
