Baker

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team, specializing in bread production. The ideal candidate will have completed a culinary baking program or bring hands-on baking experience to the role. Experience with lamination techniques is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of breads, following established recipes and quality standards. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all baked goods. Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to food safety standards. Work efficiently within production timelines to meet daily output goals.

Requirements

Completion of a culinary baking program, or equivalent hands-on baking experience. Solid understanding of bread-making techniques and processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen or bakery environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

Experience with lamination techniques, such as those used in croissants and puff pastries.
