Sorter / Quality InspectorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sorter to inspect and sort wine capsules in a production environment. This role is responsible for performing visual quality checks to identify defects, verify color accuracy, and ensure products meet established quality standards before packaging and shipment.ResponsibilitiesInspect wine capsules for defects, discoloration, scratches, dents, and other quality issues.Sort products according to quality specifications and production requirements.Verify color consistency and appearance against quality standards.Remove defective or non-conforming products from production batches.Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required.Follow quality control procedures and work instructions.Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals.QualificationsHigh attention to detail and ability to identify minor visual defects.Previous quality inspection, sorting, assembly, or production experience preferred.Ability to work in a repetitive manufacturing environment.Strong reliability and attendance record.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.Basic communication and teamwork skills.Key SkillsQuality InspectionVisual InspectionDefect IdentificationColor VerificationAttention to DetailQuality ControlProduction SupportSorting & PackagingThis is a Contract position based out of American Canyon, CA.The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
