Department: Physical Therapy Services
Reimbursement for Lymphedema Certification training up to $6000.00
Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers
Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana
