Nephrologist/Nephrology Physician

BC/BE Nephrologist - Exciting opportunity for a to join a not-for-profit health system deeply rooted in the local community. The flagship hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility and the sole community hospital in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney diseases.

Treat and manage conditions including CKD, ESRD, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and AKI.

Oversee care for patients receiving, inpatient, in-center hemodialysis, and home dialysis modalities.

Conduct inpatient nephrology consults and maintains a robust outpatient clinic presence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams"including hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care physicians"to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.

Participate in call rotation shared with the nephrology team.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Compensation & Benefits

3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly wRVU incentive
