Read, write, and communicate effectively in English. BLS(CPR) Certification required Current Louisiana Registered Nurse licensure or compact licensure required ACLS, PALS, and Behavioral De-escalation Training required within 6 months of hire dateAttention to Detail Superior Assessment Skills Ability to remain calm and think in emergency situations Great communication skills Ability to stay focused Physical Stamina Ability to work on a team being a team player Listening Skills Critical Thinking Skills Excellent Organization Skills Compassionate care for patients Computer/Keyboarding skills Ability to provide compassionate care
