LabCorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Austin, TX
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday hours will vary based on coverage needs between 7:00am to 7:00pm (overtime and rotating weekends may be required as needed)
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to various clinic sites
High school diploma or equivalent

2 or more years' phlebotomy experience working in a clinical / hospital environment
~Will cover sites in Austin, TX and surrounding areas (75+ miles)
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

As a Float Phlebotomist , you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
** $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS ** (active or previous LabCorp employees rehired within 1 year are not eligible)

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
