As aPrep Cook, you will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will also prep and prepare food to ensure a successful shift. You may need to maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day and will be asked to help with other duties in the kitchen as well as be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a prep cook
