Overview
Full-time Client Advisor based in Bloomingdale's Aventura Men's Shop responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, upholding visual merchandising standards, and supporting store operations to ensure a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Establish and manage client relationships and communications.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain high service standards.
Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
Participate in special events and projects (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory).
Adhere to store and company procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented sales.
Availability for open scheduling in a 7-day a week operation, including weekends.
