Manufacturing Engineering Planning

A Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Their duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
Accountable for the manufacturing process building quality products and make implementation for improvements in quality control of production
Accountable for all production processes, methods and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics
Apply project-based improvements for the manufacturing process based on stated data
Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations, as required by company mandates
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
Evaluate cost/benefit and plan deployment of capex projects to improve production capabilities and efficiency
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational
Accountable for all Fixtures used on production floor, included their standards and documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
Three years of experience using SolidWorks Pro
Language Skills

Fluent in written and verbal English
Able to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
Able to effectively discern business priorities and business/customer needs, translate these into to technical requirements, and effectively communicate these requirements to Design Engineers
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Able to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Able to discern key drivers and priorities of development projects
