What You’ll Do

Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome as they arrive in the service drive

Determine the reason for each customer's visit, confirm their appointment, and direct them to the appropriate service advisor

Prep incoming service vehicles to keep the service bay workflow moving smoothly

Use scheduling software daily to check in customers and manage appointment flow

Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the service area, entrance, and exit for both customers and employees

What We’re Looking For

Professional appearance, body language, and communication at all times

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

A genuine "people person" attitude — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

A can-do, team-first mindset

Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
