Warehouse Person/3rd Shift/Nights

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards.

Maintain inventory controls by keeping accurate records of goods received and shipped.

Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring they are accurately labeled and documented.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and meet deadlines.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, stock replenishment, and any issues affecting warehouse operations.

Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Work is performed in dry warehouse and freezer warehouse settings .

Freezer warehouse work involves exposure to cold temperatures , requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

The role may require transitioning between ambient (room temperature) and cold storage areas throughout the shift.

Noise levels are moderate to high due to warehouse equipment and activity.
