Direct Support Professional - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

We serve clients across the Puget Sound area. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You'll support individuals in developing essential life skills, help them maintain independence in their own homes, and encourage their active participation as valued members of the community. Your work will not only make a difference—it will help others thrive.
No experience required: we will provide all the training you need
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
