Base Salary: $250,000 - $270,000
RVU Bonuses

About this Role: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Winchester, VA
Have easy access to Washington DC, or Baltimore!
Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
Schedule: Open to 4x10 hr shifts! (8am - 6pm)
Patients per day: 16 - 18
Follow all departmental policies and procedures
Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
On call: 1:10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's
EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking
Background Desired: Family Medicine Physician
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
