CACI is seeking a highly motivated, TS/SCI‑cleared Systems Administrator to join our Windows Team in Hampton, VA. This immediate‑fill position plays a critical role in supporting Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) operations, where your advanced technical expertise, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities will directly contribute to sustained mission success. Manage Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM), including software deployment, patch management, compliance baselines, and system health monitoring to ensure secure and reliable workstation and server operations.
Provide Tier 3 support as the escalation point for complex technical issues across Windows systems, resolving advanced incidents, performing root‑cause analysis, and supporting mission‑critical DCGS operations with minimal downtime.
Administer DHCP services, including scope management, reservations, failover configurations, and IP address allocation to maintain stable and efficient network operations across multiple mission systems.
Support mission systems by ensuring availability and performance of systems supporting Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid response to mission‑impacting events.
Perform system monitoring and maintenance, including routine health checks, log reviews, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance to ensure high system reliability.
Document technical procedures by creating and maintaining system documentation, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides, and change‑control records.
BS degree in Computer Science or related degree with 4+ years of experience, or 6+ years' experience if no degree.
