We are currently working with a top-tier law firm client seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. Please note, this is a fully in-office position.
About the Opportunity: Our client offers a stable, high-energy platform designed to help legal professionals excel. The firm is known for its exceptional client service, sophisticated trial work, and a collegial environment where paralegals are integrated as vital members of the legal team.
Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation and final disposition.
Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and comprehensive discovery requests and responses.
Oversee document production, maintain privilege logs, and manage electronic discovery workflows.
Handle electronic filings (e-filing) across local, state, and federal courts.
Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of dedicated litigation paralegal experience is required.
Strong background in Plaintiff Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, or Medical Malpractice.
Must be able and willing to work 100% in-office.
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Excellent administrative and technical support to help you manage your caseload efficiently.
