They partner with contractors and project teams to navigate technical challenges, drive constructability solutions, and support projects with aggressive schedules and high levels of complexity. Contribute to the growth of the Construction Engineering practice by providing technical expertise, supporting business development efforts, and collaborating with project partners. Manage Construction Engineering projects by coordinating technical work, schedules, and resources to support successful project delivery. Oversee and mentor junior staff in the development of construction documents and technical deliverables. Build and maintain effective client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required; 8+ years of relevant professional experience in construction engineering, engineering consulting, or a related field. Professional engineering licensure required; Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff while collaborating effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
