Your Impact as an Admissions Nurse
As an Admissions Nurse, you play a critical role in setting residents up for success from day one. Ensure accurate medication reconciliation and care planning

Serve as a clinical leader and resident advocate

Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Your clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassion will directly impact resident safety, comfort, and outcomes.

Active, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license

Prior nursing experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
