Bartender - High Volume Seafood Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to create memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing a full bar in a high-volume setting. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for hospitality, we invite you to become part of our growing team.

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their dining experience

Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed

Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Stay informed about menu updates, drink specials, and new beverage trends

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting

Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment

Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
