The Asiyah Women's Center seeks a compassionate Immigration Attorney to provide legal advocacy for survivors of domestic violence and related vulnerabilities. You will work with social services to help clients access protections, prepare petitions, and navigate hearings in a trauma-informed, survivor-centered environment.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in immigration law, NY bar eligibility, and fluency in English with preferred languages.
