In this critical role, you will lead the daily operations of the operating room, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, surgical efficiency, and staff development.

Lead and manage the nursing staff within the operating room, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Oversee surgical patient care activities, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered, and high-quality care delivery throughout all surgical procedures. Manage day-to-day operations of the operating room, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize surgical services. Serve as a key leader and responder during surgical emergencies, providing direction and support to the team in high-pressure situations.

American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Minimum of two years of leadership clinical experience in a hospital operating room; Note: Surgery Center experience will not be considered.
