Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Urgent Need

We’re seeking skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses who thrive in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments and excel at delivering immediate, life‐saving care. 7a or 7p | 12‐Hour Shifts

• Per Diem flexibility

Triage and assess incoming patients, prioritizing care based on severity of illness or injury
Provide rapid stabilization and emergency interventions for patients with acute and life‐threatening conditions
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments per provider orders
Perform and assist with emergency procedures, diagnostics, and trauma care
Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the medical record
Active RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience required
Ability to manage multiple patients and shifting priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Team‐oriented mindset with a strong commitment to patient‐centered emergency care
