Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

Home Health experience required

Physical Therapy License in Florida required

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Weekend Requirement: 2 Saturdays
