Description: This position is within a LTAC unit. 2 years of ICU experience needed. Nights required. On call support after 5 PM daily and weekends. Orientation consists of 16 hours. Staff will work in both ICU and Med-Surg settings. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary. Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. Staff will float to different units as required due to census. Medical, dental & vision insurance
