Server (Full Time/Part Time/Morning/Afternoon/Evening Shifts)

Lowlander, a brewery and restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking to build an on-call roster of experienced servers/bartenders to support game days and large event shifts .

This is not a regular schedule position we are seeking reliable hospitality professionals who are available to jump in when business demands spike.

Lowlander serves housemade sausages, pretzels, salads, fries, cocktails, and brewed-on-premise beers straight from the tanks in a casual, high-energy environment (124 seats).

This role will support both floor service and bartending during high-volume days.

There are part-time/Seasonal positions available, these are hourly non-exempt positions.

• Training wage: $21.30 to $21.30/hour
• This is a Service Charge and tip-pooled house.

On-call / seasonal / part-time

• Shifts primarily for game days, events, and peak business periods
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and beer

Minimum 2 years of serving and/or bartending experience
Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and general beverage service
Flexible availability , especially evenings, weekends, and event/game days
