PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PHYSICAL THERAPY (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME)

We are seeking a Full time, Part time or PRN SNF Physical Therapist to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO.

As a Physical Therapist at Bear Creek Senior Living, you’ll be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. Providing direct patient care, evaluating functional needs and outcomes, and consulting with other specialists

Reviewing patients’ functional needs and adjusting care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Designing and implementing individualized plans of care based on thorough assessments of potential development, incorporating participation by significant others whenever appropriate

Conducting therapy practice within defined standards of care

Directing the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals

Practicing facility and departmental policies and procedures, including quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection control standards

Documenting evaluations, treatment goals, and plans; Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program

Current Physical Therapist license from the state of Colorado Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

Knowledge and skills to care for the physical and developmental needs of the population age groups that will be receiving services

At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Ability to remain calm in emergency or crisis situations

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $45.00–$52.00 per hour.
