2nd Shift Meat Cutter

Shift Details: Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to Finish)
This position is responsible for cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding meats to portion and prepare meat in cooking form.
Cutting, trimming, and boning carcass sections or prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat
Cutting and weighing steaks and chops for individual servings
Recording quantity of meat received and issued to cutters
High school diploma or GED preferred
Two-three years related experience and/or training
Must have the ability of using cutting utensils and running an electric pallet jack or forklift
Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays
