Are you a fun, energetic person with drive to excel? If you are motivated, energetic, and passionate about working with people in the fitness industry, a career as a Fitness Counselor may be a fit. Fitness Counselors actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals, using a lively sales approach to help new members pursue their goals.

Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline

Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)

Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events

Qualifications Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality

Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work

Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment

Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks

Hourly position with potential for additional compensation

16.90 — $17.90 USD per hour
