Work EnvironmentThe Physical Therapist will work in a home care setting, providing care directly in patients' residences. This environment allows for personalized therapy that takes into account the unique challenges patients face in their daily lives. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, leveraging a multidisciplinary approach to care. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy by managing the intake, assessment, and therapeutic care of an assigned patient group.Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to change the patient's condition/function, consistent with the physician's plan of care.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, athletes rehabilitating injuries, and seniors working to maintain their mobility and independence.
