Weekend Cashier - All shifts needed

Our team grills meats, grates cheese, smashes guacamole, and blends salsas and marinades every day to bring our customers the freshest meals possible. We pride ourselves on offering not only great food but also the friendliest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

We’re currently looking for AM/PM/Weekend Shift Leaders to oversee operations and manage team members during scheduled shifts. If you're a strong leader who is committed to quality service and has industry experience, we want to meet you!

Supervise and participate in the daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure that customers receive the freshest food and friendliest service.

Ensure that all team members are prepared for service, helping the shift run smoothly.

Manage team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Oversee cleaning duties and maintain customer areas.

Double‑check that all opening, shift‑change, and closing duties have been completed.

Count the money and close out the cash drawers.

Assist with food preparation as needed.

Uphold the brand image and values of Barberitos at all times.

Food service experience is a plus but not required.

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

High school diploma preferred, but not required.
