Restaurant Bartender/Server-Evening Shift

At The Tap, great bartenders do more than make drinks. We're looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing knowledgeable beverage service, maintaining high standards, and helping create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Develop menu and beverage knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment.
Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Collaborate with servers, cooks, managers, and fellow bartenders to support smooth restaurant operations.
Promote featured beverages, menu items, and specials when appropriate.
Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Lunch, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Must meet all legal age requirements for alcohol service.
Ability to stand and move throughout a shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
