Job Description We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Float Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+ in the Wichita region . This is a non‑staff role designed to provide consistent float coverage across our clinics. You'll step in where needed to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, ensuring continuity for patients and support for clinic teams.

As a Float PT, you'll play a key role in helping individuals through their recovery journey while gaining experience across a variety of settings and patient populations.

Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required

Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers

Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians

Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation‑setting treatment plans or willingness to learn.

Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office.

Monday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
