Join Our Team as a Caregiver and Brand Ambassador
Available Work Shifts: 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Sunday - Saturday Are you a natural "people person" who loves meeting new people and bringing energy to every room you enter? At Interim HealthCare, we are looking for a dedicated caregiver who acts as a true brand ambassador—someone who doesn't just provide care, but actively engages our clients in life's best moments. In this role, you will provide essential one-on-one care in the comfort of a client's home, and engage with other residents of the retirement community. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on social interaction and has a passion for getting others involved in activities, hobbies, and community.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

As a Home Health Caregiver & Brand Ambassador, you will:

Represent the Gold Standard: Act as the face of Interim HealthCare, providing compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) that helps seniors live safely and with dignity.
Be a Social Catalyst: Beyond companionship, you'll actively engage clients in activities that bring them joy—think puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies—keeping them mentally and socially active.
Assist with "big picture" daily living like light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, all while maintaining a positive, upbeat environment.
Clinical Excellence: Help with ambulation and range of motion, provide medication reminders, and document conditions to ensure total safety.
Dementia Experience: You know how to pivot and engage clients with memory loss in a patient, creative way.
The Essentials: High school diploma, at least 3 years of healthcare experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
